Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver top-notch service with a smile
- Oversee daily task to guarantee exceptional service to our customers
- Ensure food and cleaning processes comply with Health & Safety standards
- Create and manage staff rota, ensuring adequate staffing levels across the service offerings (coffee shop, salad bar and canteen)
- Assist in creating and managing the budget, tracking revenue and expenses and monitoring food and drink costs
- Working alongside the Chefs to ensure high quality food menus and offerings are provided
- Assist in managing and promoting the Hospitality presence; including TV screen displays and Campus Comms
- Assist with the planning and organisation of customer events
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven track record in a leadership role within the Hospitality industry
- Passionate about providing excellent service and creating a welcoming environment and culture
- Able to manage multiple tasks, especially during busy service times
- Able to manage a team and build strong relationships with team members and customers
- Competence in budgeting and managing costs
